Our website is purely informative. It does not use any cookies, analytical tools (such as Google Analytics), or contact forms. Therefore, we only obtain your personal data if you contact us voluntarily by e-mail or telephone.
- Purpose of processing: Handling your inquiries, requests, pre-contractual relations, preparing price offers, or routine business communication.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (to respond to received messages and communicate with customers) or the performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Scope of data: Standard contact details that you provide voluntarily in the body of the e-mail or during the phone call (in particular name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, or your company name).
3. Data Retention Period
We retain your contact details only for the period necessary to process your request or for the duration of our business communication. If the communication leads to the conclusion of a business transaction and the issuance of an invoice, we retain the relevant data for 10 years, as required by Slovak accounting and tax laws.

Your data is safe with us. We do not provide it to any third parties for marketing purposes. Access is granted only to our verified contractual partners who provide essential services for us:

- External accounting firm: Solely in the case of invoicing.
